About this house rental
The living area is equipped with a comfortable seating, a desk at the secretary, a mini system and a 32 inch LCD flat screen with satellite TV.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, hob, blender, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a dishwasher.
At the table you can sit comfortably with the whole family for dinner or for game evenings.
If required, a high chair is available.
On the ground floor there is one of the 2 bathrooms with a walk-in shower 1.10mx 1.10m.
In our district of Böhl, you can enjoy a restful tranquility due to the beautiful location of our house on the wood.
The sunny terrace invites you to sunbathe on the lounger.
At the coffee time you sit under the sunshade protected from the sun.
There is a parasol and 3 loungers at the house.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds and a third small bedroom with a bed and the second bathroom.
In one of the bedrooms there is a cot and a changing table for our very young guests. There is also a baby bath in the house.
In the front area of the property there is for the little guests
a playground with a tree house, slide, sandpit and a swing.
The house is located on a sandy path directly on a small pine grove.
There is no through traffic. Therefore, they enjoy absolute peace and relaxation.

Für einen Herbsturlaub ein ideales Objekt. Deich, Pferdehöfe, Tierpark sind fast nebenan. Der Ortsteil Böhl ist ruhig und nicht touristisch geprägt. Im Sommer wäre uns der Weg zum Wasser mit kleinen Kindern allerdings zu weit.

War ein sehr schöner entspannter Urlaub. Super Haus mit tollem Spielplatz vor der Haustüre perfekt für Kinder. Hinten Entspannungsbereich für die Erwachsenen. In der Küche fehlten uns leider eine Schere und scharfe Messer.
Im ganzen waren wir trotz Corona mit unserem Urlaub sowie mit unserer Unterkunft sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit nochmal buchen.

Für Familien mit Kindern wird hier gut gesorgt. Die Inneneinrichtung ist zweckmäßig und alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird. Der vordere Außenbereich ist top zum Spielen für die Kleinen. Der rückwärtige Garten bietet Erholung und Ruhe auch für die Erwachsenen. Über das begrenzte Platzangebot tröstet der günstige Preis allemal hinweg. Die Vermieterin ist nett und für Fragen immer offen.

Süßes kleines Ferienhaus für uns als vierköpfige Familie völlig ausreichend. Alles sauber, und es hat alles prima geklappt. Vermieterin sehr nett und Vorort.
Liegt sehr ruhig, für uns mit kleinen Kindern optimal, v.a weil das Haus einen großen Garten mit Spielgeräten hat.
