About this apartment rental
Welcome to the beautiful cozy 55 sqm apartment on the ground floor of a separate extension in Cologne-Longerich with its own entrance. Two bedrooms with double beds 140 cm, a cozy living room, a modern kitchen with dining area and a beautiful, bright bathroom with a washing machine invite you to feel good. The living room has a sofa with a table and DVBT TV. A music system and a small writing space is available. Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, 4-plate stove, oven, crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans ...)
In front of the adjoining main house in the front yard is a small seat on a gravel area. There you can in fine weather surrounded by modern art under a small fig tree and protected by a high beech hedge breakfast or smoke.
A private parking lot is located directly in front of the apartment.
The connection is excellent. 3 minutes walk to the light rail. 15 minutes to the city. 25 minutes to the fair. 5 minutes to the interchange Köln-Nord. Shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, doctors, hospital, churches, bank with ATM, breakfast cafe, snacks, bakery ... everything is within walking distance in a few minutes. A large green area is right outside the door. A large lake (Fühlinger See) with separate swimming pool, gastronomy, climbing, regatta course is about 10 minutes drive away. Also only about 10 minutes drive away is the large sauna and spa Aqualand. The apartment is the ideal starting point for exploring the cathedral city of Cologne with its churches, museums, the Rhine and all world-famous sights.

Die praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung besticht vorallem durch ihre familienfreundliche Lage. Mehrere Spielplätze und eine Grünanlage sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Gleiche gilt für einen Bäcker, einen Rewe, mehrere Restaurants, sowie eine Bahnstation. In die Innenstadt muss man dementsprechend etwas fahren.
