In the green hills of Livorno, 10 km from the sea and from Castiglioncello and nestled in a wood of cedar trees, Podere la Madonnina is a renovated farmhouse that conserves the charm of the old times. The detached house consists of 2 apartment, one on the ground and one on the first floor, only connected from the outside. It is in a peaceful spot and it has a large private garden with a swimming-pool for the exclusive use of guests. It is also equipped with tv, washing machine. Podere la Madonnina is about 40 km from Pisa and 90 km from Florence. The house IT5330.876.1 is approx 100 m away. Country house "Podere La Madonnina". 10 km from the sea. For shared use: garden, swimming pool (4 x 9 m, depth 155 - 155 cm, seasonal availability: 18.May. - 28.Sep.). Table tennis, barbecue. Spokojna okolica. Basen, grill. Dobry punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania Włoch. Niedaleko większego miasta, plaży.

Mooi vakantiehuis in een mooie omgeving. . Functioneel huis met een eigen badkamer voor elke slaapkamer. Goede comfortabele bedden + matrassen. Goede douches. Keuken is wel wat smal, maar voldeed prima. Groot eigen terrein met een mooi zwembad. Van het huis worden de begane grond en de 1e verdieping apart verhuurd. De begane grond heeft de voordeur en terras aan de noordzijde vh huis. De 1e verdieping heeft de voordeur en terras aan de zuidzijde vh huis. Wij hadden de luxe dat de 1e verdieping niet was verhuurd tijdens ons verblijf, dus we hoefden het zwembad niet te delen. Erg bergachtige omgeving. Wij hebben het huis in 1 keer gevonden, maar heb wel van tevoren goed moeten uitzoeken waar het precies was. Verhuurster spreekt geen Engels, waardoor communicatie wat lastig verliep. Wij hebben de communicatie deels via interhome laten verlopen.

Es ist eine schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß für die ganze Familie (für kleine Kinder nicht zu empfehlen). Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Einzig die Verständigung vor Ort mit dem Verwalter war schwierig, da nur Italienisch gesprochen wurde. Bei Schwierigkeiten oder Abstimmungen wird es -trotz gutem Willen - sehr holprig.

Surroundings are extremely relaxing and there is planty of greenery around so temperature was much cooler than in town. The house looks like recently restored and is provided with all you may need to stay confortable, swimming pool included. We are looking forward to be back there for our next vacation.
