About this apartment rental
With the Quartier L (= Loschwitz) we offer you a spacious, bright (south-west side) and very modern apartment (very nice living and dining area; 2 separate sleeping areas; individual furniture; overall design color concept; lights and accessories; large open individual kitchen with a view in the garden area; independent access to your living / outdoor area with terrace; parasol; bicycle stand available; LAN connection at no additional cost; baby cot and high chair; toys and games; entertainment television; key delivery via key safe; access code after booking / payment by email; underfloor heating in all rooms and with the latest energy standard) in an architect's house completed in early 2010.
We are located in the attractive district of Dresden Loschwitz, 3 minutes by car from the Blauen Wunder, the Körnerplatz with the funicular and suspension railway and 10 minutes from Pillnitz.
The apartment was completed in May 2010.
We completely renovated our apartment in early 2014!
immediate surroundings: direct connection to the painter-musician-poet hiking trail and direct access to the Elbe and cycle path network Wachwitzer Höhenpark (castle park); 15 minutes by car to the old town (Neumarkt, Frauenkirche, Semperoper, Zwinger ...); 3 min walk to the nearest bus stop; 5 minutes by car to the steamer pier Blaues Wunder; Levitation and funicular railway within walking distance.

Lage und Ausstattung der FeWo verhalfen uns zu einem perfekten Urlaub. Dresden Zentrum war mit Fahrrad und ÖPNV super zu erreichen. Auch die die Sächsische Schweiz war mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Die unmittelbare Nähe der FeWo zu Elbe und zum Blauen Wunder war einfach traumhaft. Zu Dritt haben wir uns 14 Tage super wohl gefühlt .

Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach wunderschön, modern und qualitativ hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Küche ist mit allem und mehr ausgestattet was man benötigt. Gross, hell, geräumig mit schönem Aussenbereich und tollem Blick in den Gartenbereich. Die Lage ist perfekt für Wandertouren, Radtouren als auch für Sightseeing in Dresden geeignet. Viele schöne Restaurants und Biergärten mit Elbblick oder dem blauen Wunder in der Nähe. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Können es nur jedem empfehlen und buchen auf jeden Fall wieder. Die Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Besser geht es nicht!

von Dresden. Und nicht zu vergessen: die liebevollen Gastgeber!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, die Lage ist sehr günstig für alle möglichen Unternehmungen, Parkplatz vor der Tür, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind schnell zu erreichen - also alles prima.
