About this house rental
The detached wooden house is located in a light south-facing location within walking distance of the Upper Bavarian Schliersee and with a view of the surrounding mountains. On 700sqm of land with a surrounding garden, you have a newly built house in a quiet, set-back location all to yourself. On the spacious, airy ground floor, you can cook with your loved ones in the open, fully equipped kitchen with gas hobs. The cozy seating area directly adjoining the kitchen and the very spacious living room with fireplace and wonderful view of the garden invite you to relax completely.
On the upper floor you have the choice of 4 bedrooms with new box spring mattresses in different styles. Let the first rays of sun kiss you over the mountains in the modern room "Gipfelgruss" or you can opt for the golden yellow evening light in the Bavarian "Zwitscherstüberl". You can also relax in the puristic "hay berths" with the scent of fresh meadow hay or in the child-friendly "play booth" with your offspring enjoy bunk beds and quality toys.
On the same floor you will find a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity, the Heidi bath in an alpine hut style with a washing trough and a milking stool is on the ground floor. Morning crowds have vacation breaks!
After a winter hike in the nearby mountain forest, a snowy ski day at nearby Spitzingsee or a toboggan tour behind the house, the solid wood sauna is ready for you in the garden. For dinner and breakfast, you can get not only Bavarian specialties from the butcher and baker around the corner, but also the essentials for small needs. If the kitchen stays cold, you will find two recommended restaurants just a stone's throw from the house. Speaking of which: The train takes you right to your front door so that you can travel without a car. You can reach the Schliersee in 12 minutes on foot or whiz downhill on the hotel's own bikes to the popular lido.

My wife and two daughters (7 and 8) stayed in this property for three weeks in June/July. Everything was absolutely wonderful. It's conveniently located to public transportation (we only had bikes, no auto), as well as the lake and hiking trails. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time here and hope to enjoy it again for future trips. Highly recommend!
