The area of Cupramontana is a paradise for olive oil, wine and walkers as well as much more.
The Casa dei miei Amici is a charming farmhouse that has been completely renovated and restored between 2006 and 2010 as Villa. The house is divided on two levels and provides a 270 ° angle stunning mountain and country views.
The rustic characteristics which are typical of the brands were retained. A modern impression the house wins by planting and the structure of the outer layers. You reach the house or the Kieselrondeel and the lavender garden by a private access road with a magnificent entrance.

We had the good fortune to spend the whole month of August at Casa dei Amici. The house is wonderful. While its rustic character has been retained, the property is equipped with numerous modern conveniences. The kitchen which is large and beautiful, was a natural gathering place. The second floor with bedrooms and bathrooms is fully airconditioned and very comfortable. The infinity pool is spectacular. The surrounding areas and towns are quiet, but very beautiful. The Adriatic beaches are just a short ride away. The owner is very responsive and rapidly addressed any issue we brought to his attention. Overall, we had a magnificent experience.

Zwei Ehepaare aus Hamburg.
Das schöne, großzügige Haus mit tollen Infinit Pool liegt nahe Apiro. Die Einrichtung mit der perfekten Küche und den schönen Schlafzimmern und Bädern ist ein Ort der Ruhe und Erholung. Selten ein so schönes und geschmackvolles Objekt gesehen. Der Blick vom Pool in die Landschaft ist einzigartig. Der Kontakt und Empfang war vorbildlich. Wer die Marken genießen möchte, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

Schon der freie Blick in die grünen Hügel der Marken bei der Ankunft verspricht Erholung. Und dieser Eindruck setzt sich fort wenn man das Haus betritt, großzügig und geschmackvoll, jedes Zimmer individuell gestaltet, auch bietet es genügend Raum, um sich auch mal zurückzuziehen. Und es ist ein belebtes Haus, keine sterile Urlauberherberge, man fühlt sich durch die Hausbesitzer willkommen da z.B. die Küche großzügig ausgestattet ist. Auch im Aussenbereich lässt es kaum Wünsche offen, ein großer Grill, Polster in windgeschützten Ecken und last not least der wunderbare Pool. Diese Urlaubsherberge ist jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit ausreichend Platz zum gemütlichen Beisammensein und Möglichkeit, sich zurückzuziehen. Die Küche lässt es zu, mit mehreren Paaren zu kochen.

Swimming-Pool ganz neu und an drei Seiten umrahmt von Bäumen.
