The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residence on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the forests and its quiet location. Available for use: sun lounger, barbecue facility, terrace, and garden furniture. In the garden, there are 2 barbecues for shared use and tables, each apartment has its own table next to the barbecue. Free Wi-Fi access in the garden, around the barbecue area and pool. Access to Wi-Fi in the apartment is only available at an additional cost.

The holiday apartment is situated between Umag and Novigrad and is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car). Free parking on a private parking lot opposite the house.
