About this house rental
Property comprises of the owner's house and a holiday house. Single-family house "Bezert", renovated in 2011. Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre. For shared use: property 3'600 m2 (fenced). Private: property 500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with alarm system. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: air conditioning, heating to be paid on the spot (01.Nov. - 30.Apr.). Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Carpentras Mont VENTOUX1" 3 km. Nearby attractions: Mont Ventoux, Avignon, Orange 25 km. Please note: not suitable for small children. The house has a separate access.

Kitchenette (4 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave). Heating. Deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm. Access from outside: shower/WC. Reversible air conditioning. No wheelchair access.

Inmitten eines gepflegten Gartens lädt dieses kleine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Häuschen zum Ausspannen und Erholen ein. Die freundlichen und nebenan wohnenden Eigentümer sind jederzeit ansprechbar und kümmern sich um alles. Die Unterkunft und auch der Pool waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das abgeschlossene Gelände bietet außerdem einen schattigen Stellplatz für das Auto. Im Garten gibt es mehrere Sitzplätze, sodass sich auch immer ein Platz im Schatten oder in der Sonne finden lässt.

Idéalement situé et idéal pour deux. Magnifiquement entretenu, ainsi que la piscine et ses alentours. Endroit très calme. Tout y est parfait pour un séjour de rêve...

A delightful property overlooking a pool in a beautiful garden setting. Sadly the pool was too cold for us to use it but we enjoyed sitting by it. Hosts were very helpful despite the lack of English/French we managed to communicate as necessary. The little touches like giving us grapes and tomatoes from their garden were much appreciated and a local map with places of interest highlighted was very useful. You do need a car to stay here but local amenities like supermarket are not far away.Very comfortable bed! Be prepared for visits from Black Cat!
