About this house rental
The detached holiday home, built in 1981 and renovated in 2017, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and the sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sun umbrella, barbecue facility, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site.
Location
Šibenik, 50 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm enclosed plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord only occasionally resides in the house but uses a separate entrance. Holiday Apartment DAL SIB 312 (2 people) is located in the same house. A car is parked in the garage. The house where the apartment is located is on a busy main road and can be noisy. The apartment is also not suitable for older people who have difficulty climbing stairs. The house is elevated, and for this reason, it offers a wonderful view of the sea. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) in the garage.

Air conditioning, central heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. Television reception via antenna, satellite. The accommodation is allergy-free.

The entrance to the house is through the courtyard and the external staircase directly from the street. The entrance to the apartment is not recommended for elderly people with mobility difficulties. Living room with seating area, TV, dining area (4 places), access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs) and the view of the sea and the Šibenik archipelago is impressive for every guest who comes onto the terrace. Bedroom with 2 extra beds on a double pull-out couch. Bedroom with 1 double bed, access to the terrace and air conditioning. Kitchenette in the living room with electric stove (ceramic hob, 3 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 2 washbasins, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and window.
