Luxurious 200 sq maisonette in the historical old town of Walldorf/Germany. The flat is only about a 15 minute walk away from SAP and 2 minutes walk to the local shops and restaurants in the area.
The holiday apartment is approx. a 15 minute drive away from Heidelberg.
The flat is completely furnished and renovated in a Mediterranean country house style and decorated with great attention for detail. It is located in a small picturesque and lush alley with grapevines and flowers just as you remember them from your holidays in the Mediterranean. Relax and unwind from your daily hectic routine immediately upon arrival.
The flat is laid out as follows:
Entrance area and spacious utility area with washing machine and dryer on the ground floor.
The conservatory, the living-dining room (40 sq), a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, side-by-side fridge, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, assortment of teas, oven and microwave, etc.), bathroom, study, and the first bedroom with dressing-room are located on the first floor.
The second bedroom together with a relaxation room with solarium are located on the top floor.

Wohnung war wie beschrieben und wir haben sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein paar Sanierungsmaßnahmen in der Dusche und im Wintergarten hätten den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Zu beachten sie, dass der Wintergarten nicht möbliert ist! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut und schnell. Schade fanden wir, dass die Dachterrasse nicht benutzbar war, auch hier wäre eine große Aufwertung möglich. Alles in allem würden wir bei Bedarf sehr gerne wieder kommen.

We loved this space. The house is clean, spacious, and has great natural light. It is a bit hard to find, but thankfully the neighbors helped us. It’s within a few minutes walk of several restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the quiet street, and it was nice to have the windows open at night to enjoy the weather. I would definitely stay here again. If you are traveling and want to see Heidelberg, this is a great place on the outskirts.

Wintergarten undicht und Tür ins freie verzogen.Waschbecken im Bad verstopft.
