About this apartment rental
The accommodation in our apartment, very familiar and close to the city center and the university. You are looking for a high-quality, cozy apartment for up to 5 people in the green outskirts of Dresden. We welcome you in a quiet residential area on a sunny south-facing slope. In our home garden, with its special charm, you can relax and feel good after your excursions. Children can use the swing, tree house and a large trampoline. Dresden brochures and maps are available for you in the apartment. We can also give you recommendations for trips to Moritzburg or Saxon Switzerland.
The apartment in our 2 family house is on the sunny, bright ground floor. On the 800 square meter, terraced property, a few steps lead to the front door. We have designed the facility with love, always thinking about how we would like a holiday apartment. Our apartment has a living area of 85 square meters. A large passage leads you from the kitchen to the living room to the south with a fireplace and the like. large corner couch, CD radio, satellite TV with DVD player.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms for up to 5 people. The bedroom windows are equipped with insect protection and blackout blinds.
In the large, bright kitchen with garden view there is a large fridge with a small freezer, dishwasher, electric stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
In the bathroom with underfloor heating there is a tub with a shower area and a toilet.

The apartment was amazing! Very well furnished, and great communication with owners. The walk on the hill with luggage was a little rough, but worth it! Not too far removed from the Innenstadt, so that was great as well.
