About this apartment rental

A holiday flat in an authentic Ticino villa with panoramic views, built in the 16th century has a big private garden with Pergola and a Grotto The flat (ground floor and first floor) has a living area of about 100 sq. meters. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fire place with hot air circulation and a large sun-terrace; a kitchen with dining table as well as a bath room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with two single beds each and one with a single bed. From each room you will have a marvellous lake view. The flat with central heating is partially renovated and equipped with mostly antique furniture. An outdoor covered swimming pool (2,5 x 7 metres) with a hot shower is located in the garden.

Am Anfang war es etwas verwirrend, mit den verschiedenen Etagen, wo sich was befindet, aber nach kurzer Zeit war alles klar und wir haben die Ferien sehr genossen. Top Ausblick und gute Lage! Vielen Dank für alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Casa Al Riale hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Gerade weil alles alt und nicht renoviert ist, vermittelt es den Tessin wie man ihn sich vorstellt. Der Garten mit der einzigartigen Sicht über den Lago Maggiore ist unbeschreiblich. Wir haben die Woche in Porta sehr genossen.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung mit Pool sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist rustikal ausgestattet und mit viel Scharm eingerichtet. Sie ist ideal für Paare aber auch für Familien mit Kindern. Ausflüge nach Italien und/oder in die Berge sind empfehlenswert
