About this apartment rental
Relaxation in Oberstaufen on the edge of the forest with two balconies near the spa gardens - and yet centrally located (approx. five minutes' walk to the train station and centre).
Our holiday flat (70 sqm) is located on the first floor of a house built in the Allgäu style. The house is in a completely quiet location on the edge of the forest, about 150 metres from the Kupark and about 400 metres from the center of the village. Shopping facilities can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
In the living and dining room (27 square metres) with east-facing balcony there is a dining area including a children's chair, a sofa set, a double Murphy bed and Internet TV. The flat also has a bedroom with double bed and west-facing balcony, a kitchen (fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, etc.), a bathroom with bathtub/shower and a separate WC.

The leisure activities in Oberstaufen are numerous - at any time of year. Oberstaufen Plus guest card is included with every booking. The programmes include optionally and if available:
* Free admission to the Aquaria sports and family pool

* Free use of public transport, for example to
destinations such as the large and small Alpsee lakes
near Immenstadt

Der Besitzer hat sich während des Urlaubs nach unserm Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Wohnung war ganz ok. Hausmeister etwas stressig.

We have just got back from an amazing holiday here. Place was exactly as it said, lovely and clean and great location. We are a family of four including 2 teenagers. Few minutes walk from centre and park. Would definitely stay again in the future

Wir haben uns zu viert in der Wohnung g sehr wohl gefühlt, geräumig, mit zwei Balkonen. Die Küche ist klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird zum Kochen, und sogar Kuchen backen wäre möglich. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat bestens funktioniert. Wir fanden die Lage sehr angenehm, ruhig und abseits vom Trubel, aber zu Fuß nur ein paar Minuten zur Ortsmitte. Wenn wir nochmal einen Urlaub in der Gegend planen, dann gerne wieder in dieser Wohnung.

Räumlich große Ferienwohnung, das Wohnzimmer gilt als 2. Schlafzimmer. Leider lässt sich das Wohnzimmer nicht gänzlich verdunkeln. Leider fehlt auch in der Toilette und im Bad eine Zwangsentlüftung. Ansonsten alles Vorort, centrumsnah und guter Standort zum Wanderbeginn.
