Beautiful, comfortable, luxurious chalet "Rütschi", 5 storeys, built in 2008. 7 apartments in the property. In the district of Steinmatte, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet position, south facing position. In the house: WiFi, sauna, steam room, spa area, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 550 m, restaurant, bakery 100 m, 8 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Kirchbrücke" 100 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 900 m. Mountain railway 700 m, ski rental 100 m, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school, children's ski school 500 m. Please note: baby equipment on request. Additional accommodations can be booked.

We are a family of 4 who used this apartment over the Christmas week 2024 for skiing. Pros: Plenty of room, great central location to Sunnega and Furi ski lifts. Can walk to larger grocery store. Smaller grocery and bakery very close by. Ski rental down the street. Neighborhood is quiet. Nice to have access to Interhome office staff close by. Wood burning fireplace was nice. Radiant heating worked pretty well. Nice area to store skis and boots on first floor.Cons: no microwave, no laundry, no hot tub. Spa was very nice with both steam room and dry sauna, however it was non-functional for several days when we wanted to use it, also has restricted hours of use. Can easily hear noise from floor above. No paper products provided in kitchen (no paper towels or napkins), only one trash bag and very little dishwasher soap provided. Poor instructions provided for required trash and recycling removal.

We really enjoyed our Chalet Rütschi apartment! The apartment was spacious, comfortable & well located. We also really appreciated the responsiveness & assistance from the InterHome team, specifically L.! We hope to return, again, on day.

We spent wonderful two weeks in Zermatt and were very lucky with the weather. The accommodation was great and well equipped. Only a washing machine would have been useful to have. The last night was a bit of a killer due to our neighbors above us, which seem to have been very drunk. One guy overthrew himself over their balcony, which was very disgusting and then they slammed doors and shouted around, keeping our kids awake, unnecessary! But overall the experience was very good.
