About this house rental
The 'Ferienhaus Beate' is a separate, newly renovated little house in the green - all for you alone.
On the ground floor there is a living room with satellite TV, DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen with corner seating, a spacious hallway, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. Store cool drinks in the basement.
You enjoy your own lawn with a terrace. Your children play on a large lawn. Gourmets grill on a Weber kettle grill. You can park your car and bicycles in the garage.
The upper floor offers 2 bedrooms with double beds. One room has a vanity with access to the balcony. The house is fully equipped with bed linen, books, games, etc. Bicycles and fishing tackle can be borrowed free of charge. In order to maintain the beauty of the house for our guests for a long time, the whole house is a non-smoking area.
Central, quiet location: Enjoy your 'Ferienhaus Beate' all to yourself. Centrally located between Simssee (3km) and Chiemsee (6km) in the beautifully situated health resort of Bad Endorf, Answer district. Very quiet location on Dorfbach. The Bad Endorf spa center with iodine thermal brine source is a 2-minute drive away.
The proximity to the Chiemgau Alps as well as to Munich and Salzburg allows you a variety of excursion and leisure activities.
Nature reserves and landscape: The answer at Bad Endorf is on the edge of a nature reserve (Eggstätt-Hemhofer lake district). The area offers countless bathing opportunities in excellent water quality as well as wonderful hiking and cycling trails along the lakes. Lake Chiemsee, the 'Bavarian Sea', invites you to go sailing, boat and steamboat rides or to swim. Visit the islands with the famous royal castle 'Herrenchiemsee'.
Leisure time: You will find a wide range of leisure activities for both children and adults. Children love the surrounding amusement parks in Oberreit, Ruhpolding and Marquartstein. Adventure indoor pools are nearby.
