Welcome to our apartment "Behind the Seven Mountains" in Tambach-Dietharz.
You come in a dreamy town, beautifully situated between 7 valleys in the middle of the Thuringian Forest.
We have set up the apartment so that you don't have to do without anything here. Everything is available and if something should be missing, we are always happy to help.
You are here in a hiking paradise. Just a few steps and you have reached the edge of the forest. Numerous hiking trails lead you criss-cross, uphill and downhill through this wonderful forest. Our old dam surprises with the deep blue-green color of its water. Once you have climbed the dam to the new dam, you will be rewarded with a breathtaking view of the country.
The rush of a lively brook often accompanies you on your way. Sit down and listen to what it tells you. Breathe deeply the spicy air. All of this penetrates the soul and releases all stress from you.
As sleepy as our little town seems, it awakens to turbulent life on a few days a year. There we have the city and marksman festival and the festival of our medieval association. Particularly noteworthy is the white water rafting in August and the weekend on which the big dam concert takes place. In autumn there is a big slaughter festival where you can get to know and taste the tradition of the slaughter craft and the local carnival association provides a fun 5. Season.
Sometimes, when the weather is not inviting you to hike or if you are still in your muscles for the last tour, just sit in your car and off you go. In less than an hour they are in Eisenach on the Wartburg, in Gotha in the Friedenstein Castle, can visit the cathedral and the old town in Erfurt, visit the H2O in Oberhof or the Tabbs in Tabarz. A few kilometers further and you will reach Weimar, Jena, Fulda, Kassel, Meiningen or Coburg.
And in the absolute dirty weather you can do the daily kilometers in the fitness room.
You can also make yourself comfortable with an aromatic tea, mulled wine or hot spiced cider on the sofa with a book from the shelf or a DVD. A funny fire in the fireplace lifts the atmosphere.
A children's room is available for the kiddis, which leaves little to be desired. And if you like animals, it can easily happen that one of our curious kittens comes to visit you. Furthermore, there is u. Yard a Gerry (Golden Retriever) dog.

Wie fanden eine sehr schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung in der wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Die Kinder haben das schöne Kinderzimmer mit dem Spielzeug und die tolle Dusche sehr genossen.
Wir würden nett empfangen und bekamen auch nützliche Tipps und Empfehlungen.
Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Es war sehr sauber und alles da für den täglichen Gebrauch. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und durch sein Entgegenkommen hat es auch bei uns mit der Anreise geklappt. Wir würden wieder die Unterkunft buchen.

Wir haben spontan gebucht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders die Kinder in dem grandios ausgestatteten Kinderzimmer. Leider konnten wir nicht so lange bleiben wie gebucht, da die Belegungszeit nicht korrekt im Kalender eingetragen war. Das Wäschepaket ist auch teurer als im Inserat angegeben. Bitte um Korrektur. Ansonsten weiter so!

Wir ließen uns bei der Wahl der FW von der Ausstattung und von der Ferienwohnungsanzeige Premiumgastgeber leiten.
Wir wurden sowohl vom Vermieter als auch von der relativ lauten Wohnung enttäuscht.
Leider hatten wir vergessen Bettwäsche mit zu buchen. Es war aber kein Problem, es wurde uns gleich vom Sohn ungebügelte Bettwäsche und ein Handtuch zu einem Premiumpaketpreis von 20,- € pro Person übergeben. Ob ein Handtuch im Vermietpreis überhaupt im Vermietpreis enthalten ist und wenn nicht und dann zu welchen nachträglichen Kosten, dazu findet sich in der Annonce keine Aussage.
Nachts konnten wir auf Grund von schlafstörendem Hin- und herlaufen über der FW sowie im Treppenhaus erst weit nach 23.00 Uhr ein- bzw. durchschlafen. Das Haus hat einen schlechten Trittschallschutz. Morgens wurden wir 2x vom Hundegebell, bzw. Hin- und herlaufen ab 06.15 Uhr geweckt.
Bis auf das Küchenfenster haben alle Fenster Außenjalousien. Diese nutzen nur nicht viel, weil bis auf die Toilettentür alle Türen große helle Glasausschnitte haben, durch die das helle Tageslicht durchs Küchenfenster morgens in alle Räume gelangt.
Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist modern, zweckmäßig und umfangreich, die Dusche super groß, nur das Waschbecken ist auf Grund seiner Höhe (ca. > 1,30 m) und nutzbaren Art Kinderuntauglich.
Das Backofenblech war ziemlich verschmutzt und ein Teller hatte einen Sprung. Die Wohnung machte bis auf die Spinnenweben an den Decken und Wänden einen akzeptablen sauberen Eindruck.
Unseren Vermieter sahen wir nach 4 Tagen sehr kurz (ca. 10 sek. sagte seinen Namen und dass er der Vermieter ist) zum 1. Mal. Danach schrieb er uns eine Rechnung zur Wäsche und zur „Kurtaxe“ von 25,90 € (besser wäre der Begriff Entwicklungshilfe für den müden Ort – wir hatten von der Kurkarte (am 5. von 7 UrlaubstagenTagen stand sie uns zur Verfügung!!) Tag O-Vorteile).
Keine Frage nach Anreise, Zufriedenheit , Fragen, Vorstellung des Hauses sowie des Gartens und des Fitnessraumes alles Fehlanzeige.
Von einem „Premiumvermieter“ hätten wir etwas anderes. Herr Stötzer war ein Paradebeispiel, welche Fehler ein Vermieter machen kann!!
Wir verreisen seit Jahren jährlich ca. 5 x in FH und/oder FW und können uns so schon eine ehrliche und ungeschönte Bewertung erlauben.
Wir haben es dann auch vorgezogen einen Tag vorher das sehr ungastliche und laute Haus zu verlassen.
