In the resort 200 m from the centre of Montana, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 750 m from the lake, 550 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public car park at 100 m, extra. Shop 200 m, supermarket 150 m, restaurant 250 m, bakery 200 m, 4 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Montana Poste" 60 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 350 m, bathing lake "Moubra" 1.6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, tennis 1.6 km, skisport facilities 550 m, cross country ski track 1.6 km, ice rink 500 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Grenon 750 m, Etang Long 2 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. The residence is built on an incline. Points forts : propreté, balcon, panorama, lits, luminosité, situation, distance du centre, parking. Points faibles : un meuble d'angle inutile (que des vases) empêche de bien ouvrir la porte du balcon et de voir la TV. Ameublement usé.

El apartamento está muy viejo en general. Los sofás viejos y tapicería sucia. La cocina tiene el armario del cubo de basura roto y deficiente servicio de vajilla y cubertería. La moqueta de la habitación absolutamente sucia y deteriorada por los años y el uso. Sin embargo funcionan bien el wifi, la calefacción, la mini nevera, las persianas, el agua caliente y los fogones.
