Ried 7 km from Fiss: Entry to the bathing lake is included. For your information: Summer Card included. The landlords own a fish farm and an associated restaurant in the neighboring village. Child friendly, beautiful apartment block "Handle". 300 m from the centre of Ried, in a quiet, sunny position, 200 m from the lake, 400 m from the skiing area. For shared use: well-kept garden, lawn for sunbathing. Patio, arbour (swing, sandbox). In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 3 cars). Grocery 300 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Ried i.O. Gemeindeamt" 500 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 40.1 km, outdoor swimming pool 2400 km, bathing lake 850 m. Tennis 300 m, gondola lift 400 m, ski bus stop 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Fendels 400 m, Fiss-Serfaus-Ladis 7 km. Please note: suitable for families. Karin is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our second stay here and skied at Serfaus, Fendels, Kaunertal and Nauders. The balcony is sunny in the afternoon and the rooms are comfortable. We look forward to coming back again next year.

Prima huis.Jammer dat de lekkere bank ddlie op de foto staat vervangen is door een harde slaapbank,die niet zo lekker zit. Hserlujl groot balkon. De keuken is prima,als je extra spullen nodig hebg kun je dit bij de vriendelijke eigenaresse vragen. Wr zijn 2 slaapkamers en een slaapbank in de kleine woonkamer.
