Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, das Ferienhaus lässt kaum wünsche offen, vom Garten aus einen freien Blick auf die Wasserdünen, zur anderen Seite nur 5 Minuten zum Strand, wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig, unser nächster Urlaub dort ist schon in Planung

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, schnell am Strand, alles vorhanden was man braucht (fast alles doppelt!), schöner Garten. Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt

Ruhe pur. Wer Stille ertragen kann, ist hier richtig. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und vor sich hat man nur noch den großen Garten und das geflutete Vogelschutzgebiet. Zum Strand sind es 3-6 Minuten, je nach Alter. Das Haus, und das muss man wissen, ist SEHR gehoben eingerichtet und eben auch eingerichtet .. in den beiden Wintergärten und in der Küche. Diese Küche lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Scharfe Messer, Besteck, Geschirr, Kochgeschirr ... alles für 12 Personen ... und sogar mit Fischbesteck. Sehr erfreulich!! Etwas störend: Die vielen Hinweise für das Wohlverhalten im Haus. Schlimm, dass das in dieser Form nötig ist. Aber an der Stelle des Eigentümers würde ich dieses Schmuckstück nicht über ein Portal vermieten, bestenfalls privat ... Alles in allem: Sehr, sehr nahe an perfekt ...

Abgeranzte Nachbarhäuser; gefährliche Schlaglöcher auf dem direkten Weg zum Haus; im Haus hängen überall in Bilderrahmen teils penetrante Anweisungen wie man sich zu verhalten hat;zu den Kosten kommen extrem hohe Nebenkosten, die erst nach der Buchung mitgeteilt werden; der Mietvertrag mit dem Vermieter besonders in Bezug auf Nebenkosten ist extrem konfus und in keiner Weise nachvollziehbar.
