About this apartment rental
The apartment offers you walking distance to the city center (10-15 minutes on foot) and, on the other hand, idyllic tranquility and closeness to nature. A bus stop and the Hardberg outdoor pool can be reached in 3-5 minutes. After a few meters you are in the forest and can jog, bike or climb the scenic panorama hiking trail.
You enter the bright apartment through a small entrance area with a cloakroom, the hallway with kitchen and living room or Bedroom. The entire old apartment is newly renovated and some have natural wood floors. Bathroom (with bathtub) and kitchen are also newly renovated and modernly equipped.
The bedroom is furnished with a 160 cm wide RUF leather bed, the living room with a sofa bed. From there it goes to the balcony, which offers you a 180 ° view of the surrounding nature.
Parking is usually on the street in front of the house. The apartment is suitable for 2-3 people.

M. Kühne est très ouvert, il parle allemand, anglais et un peu français. Un livret d'accueil est fourni avec toutes les explications nécessaires (la gestion des poubelles en Allemagne est un peu compliquée).
L'appartement du 3è étage est très fonctionnel, le balcon très agréable et donne sur un jardin en fond de vallée très joli, un écureuil vient de temps en temps..
La location est située à 350m du centre-ville et des Thermes de Caracalla. Baden-Baden est très agréable en mai-juin, on y rencontre beaucoup de français comme de russophones.
Si vraiment il faut chercher un désavantage, le réfrigérateur mériterait d'être un peu plus grand, il est juste pour deux personnes, surtout si vous aimez boire de la bière fraîche !

Die Ferienwohnung ist idyllisch am Waldrand gelegen und ebenso prima in die Stadt eingebunden. Besondere Pluspunkte sind der herrliche Balkon und die sehr durchdacht eingerichtete Küche, die allen Komfort bietet, den solch ein Aufenthalt wünscht. Gerne wieder!!!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in wirklich ruhiger Lage unmittelbar am Waldrand - von dort kann man gut kleinere Wanderungen machen. In ca. 150m Entfernung Busverbindungen in fast jede Richtung.
Da wir eine andere Wohnung bekommen haben als die gebuchte, gibt es leider etwas Punktabzug bei der Beschreibung.

Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, schöner Blick vom Balkon! Küche und Bad neu, haben uns wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung!
