About this apartment rental
This exceptional non-smoking apartment is located in the 2nd and 3rd Floor of a house listed from the 17th century. Century. It has 100 sqm 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 dining room, 1 living room with TV and radio, a seating roof terrace with sunbed and umbrella, a kitchen with fridge, stove, oven and cooking utensils and a sparate tea kitchen.
This apartment is because of their structure something special! Simply kept, with wooden and flowing floors and partially visible beams! On one hand kept open, to the bathrooms and the bedrooms yet doors! This object is equipped for a maximum of 4 persons. Not suitable for children under 3 years.
For the large parking lots P3 and P5 we can provide you with a parking permit card for 2.80 € per day (instead of 7 € at the parking machine). Please specify when booking. Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.
With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible. On the island, in the historic old town (pedestrian area). A few minutes to the market square, the island hall, the train station and the harbor. From there go ships to Mainau Island, Meersburg or Constance. Not far is the pawns with Lake View, St. Gallen in Switzerland or the Alpine foothills. In the old town of Lindau narrow streets with historic flair, cafes, shops, restaurants. At the Münster weekly market with fresh products of the region.

Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut.
Sehr zu empfehlen, nur die Parkplätze sind für ältere Menschen zu weit weg.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden gut betreut ( ein kleines Problem mit der Heizung wurde umgehend und freundlich behoben). Die Dachterrasse ist besonders nett. Jederzeit zu empfehlen.
