The apartment has an anteroom, 2 double bedrooms (one with a couch or cot), a fully equipped large kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet, bathtub and double sink, hair dryer and washing machine. A covered south-west facing balcony with a cozy seating area.
Use our holiday apartments as a starting point for numerous winter sports activities for the whole family. Within a radius of 10 to 25 km there are some medium-sized and larger snow reliable ski areas such as Mölltaler Gletscher, Ankogel, Zettersfeld or Heiligenblut-Großglockner. You can also go sledding in our community (illuminated lane), curling, ice skating, ski touring, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or just walking in winter nature.

In winter, large international ski areas can be reached within half an hour by car (e.g. B. Mölltal Glacier, Heiligenblut, Zettersfeld, Hochstein, Ankogel u. a.)

and a cozy sitting area where the parents can watch you and relax.
From May to September (if necessary also until October 26), the NP-Kaernten-Card is included in the rent for 4 people, for over 100 free entries to Carinthia's most beautiful excursion destinations.
There are many leisure activities around our pension. Enjoy long walks or relaxing activities as well as a visit to the Gartl waterfall with health-promoting effects. z. B. the respiratory tract.

This was our third time staying here and the apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The Carinthia card that is included is excellent and gives the opportunity of lots of free activities in the surrounding area. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much. We hope to visit you again in the future.

Wir fanden unserer Paradies.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. ( Wohnküche, ein großes Badezimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer mit großen Bett und tollen Matratzen und ein riesiger überdachter Balkon) . Es fehlt wirklich an nichts.
Dazu haben wir die Kärnten Card kostenlos dazu bekommen. Ein echtes Geschenk, denn mit dieser Karte nutzt man kostenlos viele mautpflichtige Straßen, Bergbahnen, Museen und, und, und nutzen.
Am meisten aber denken wir an die Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereit von Familie Kerschbaumer. Viele gute Tips zu Ausflügen und immer das Gefühl willkommen zu sein.

Super Unterkunft, sauber und mit viel Liebe zu Detail ausgestattet. An der Ausstattung fehlte wirklich Nichts und es waren sogar noch Dinge vorhanden, mit denen wir nicht gerechnet hatten. Sehr freundliche, jederzeit ansprechbare, herzliche, kinderfreundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Einfach eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Von der Lage her nicht so nah an den Skigebieten, aber das wussten wir ja vorher. Jederzeit gerne wieder!
