Our cozy and well maintained 2 bedroom apartment is on Sinnberg in a quiet location and is 20-25 minutes walk from downtown and the healing springs. The apartment is 50 square meters, located on the ground floor of a detached house with two apartments and consists of a living room (comfortable sofa with sleep function for third person), a bedroom (bed 180x200), a new fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, coffee filter, Stove with oven, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, dishes, dish towels, dish soap), and a bathroom (with bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo and soap), flat screen TV, wireless internet, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, fitted wardrobes, Towels, bath towels and bed linen are provided.
Parking in front of the house.
A bus stop is located 60 meters away.
City tax 3,60 EUR per person / day. Tax is payable on site
Bakery, butcher, pharmacy, post office and savings bank in 7 min walking distance (on Massa Place). A supermarket and two discounters are in 13 min walk in the meadow Spitz.
There is no smoking, however there is a possibility outside the front door to smoke.
Pets are not allowed.

Schöne Wohnung mit hochwertiger und praktischer Ausstattung. Gut gelegen. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Gutes Klappsofa macht Aufenthalt auch zu 4t angenehm.

Fewo Lina, belegt mit drei Personen im Oktober
Herrlicher Ausblick, zentrumsnah und doch ruhig gelegen. Die Fewo ist gut aufgeteilt und kann auch bequem mit vier Personen belegt werden. Die Austattung ist vorzüglich und wir fanden "ALLES", was für einen erholsamen Urlaub nötig war. Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in ca. 400m bergab zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder!
