About this apartment rental
Dear guests, our spacious, well maintained and tastefully furnished attic is in a calm, central located villa from 1926.
It is ideal to accomodate small families and groups with up to 4 persons as well as couples and solo travellers.
The house and the attic represent a modern standard combined with the charm of a historic building.
The attic is on the 3rd floor, with 50 sqm it offers lots of space. The large open space room is separated in a sleeping and living area with kitchen.
For sleeping it has a double bed and a extendable day bed (each sleeps 2 persons).
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-supply (oven, microwave, cooker, fridge, coffee machine, dishes).
The bathroom has a bathtub for bathing/showering and a toilet (no washing machine).
From the large windows you have a great view and a a lot of daylight.
We provide Cable tv, DVDs and books as well as internet access (wifi) for your entertainment.
Our house is in a calm side street in a neighborhood called "Heidelberg Weststadt". Many houses in the area are art nouveau and art déco style (like our house).
Sights, restaurants, stores and the adjoining woodland can be reached quickly by foot and public transport.
The stop for local trains, trams and busses is close to our location. We are only one stop away from Heidelberg main station and old town.
Towels and linen are included.
Parking permits can be booked optionally at 5 € per car and night / 25 € per car and week. Parking is on the street, no fixed parking. The permits can be paid cash on arrival.
We have an additional attic with 50 sqm for up to 4 persons and an apartment with 80 sqm for up to 5 persons available for rent.
We are living in the same house and will try to help you with any question.

My family and I had a great experience staying at this beautiful loft. It is conveniently located in walking distance to the old town, but also has public transportation right around the corner. The owners live right in the same house, which is very practical, should you have a question or issue with anything. They are very helpful and happy to give advice and resources that make your stay special. Should you decide to arrive by car, the owner will supply you with local parking passes, which are very handy (cost for our 12 day stay was 50 Euros for those). Although we stayed in the middle of summer, the loft appartement was not too hot. Keeping the place shady and cool during the day is key, but wasn't an issue at all. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a convenient, low price option.

Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt.
Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.
Super Lage! Mit einem kurzen Spaziergang in der Stadt.
Feundlicher und zuverlässiger Kontakt mit den Vermietern.
Ich würde wieder im "Heidel-Home" buchen !
