"Big Blue Tide" is a beautifully decorated 2,150 square foot home in Seacrest Beach. This spacious 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom home accommodates 10 guests comfortably. This home is just a short stroll to the Emerald Coast's white sandy beaches. If you happen to get tired of the beach, dive into the 12,000 sq. foot community pool for hours of sun and swimming. Hop on one of the 4 bicycles provided to enjoy the close proximity to some of the best shopping and dining on 30-A. With everything just moments away at neighboring Village of South Walton, Rosemary Beach, or Alys Beach a scenic stroll or bike ride often makes the journey just as magnificent as the destination.
* As of January 1, 2022, Golf Carts are prohibited in Seacrest Beach. Violators will be fined by the HOA.**
* 30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival**
* No Pets! No Smoking! No Parties! The primary renter must be at least 25 years old with a ratio of one adult over 25 per 3 under 25 during spring break and summer seasons.**
* Please note the community pool will be closed for resurfacing starting October 27th, 2025 through November 24th, 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The overall impression of the property is nice. However, the AC system is undersized, and it took until Wednesday (Saturday checkin) to get it right. We were advised at check in that it could take a while for the house to reach the proper temperature, so after trouble sleeping Sunday night, we reported the problem Monday morning that the AC cold not reach the set point. While the management company sent someone right away, it was NOT an HVAC specialist. it took another two days of not being able to cool the house before a professional arrived. The problem was addressed, and the house was comfortable for our last two nights. There is only one condenser for this large 4 bedroom house, only one intake/return, and only one thermostat for the entire 2 story house. The system is undersized for the size of the house, and I suspect based on the conversation with the people who came out that this isn't the first time that it has happened. Other than that, the house was very nice. The furnishings were nice, and the kitchen was well stocked for 7 adults. I was surprised that there were only two kitchen towels and no bath mats given that a property management company was used. We had to use the few hand towels for shower mats, and wash the kitchen towels multiple times to keep up. For the price, I think they could have supplied an appropriate amount of linens. The location is great, and if I were planning a visit at a cooler time of year, there would likely not be an issue. The bicycles were a great feature, and was one of the items that drew us to the house.

Overall, the house was great. Well decorated and furnished. The kitchen was well stocked, as well as plenty of bath towels. Location was good. Beach and pool were crowded, and we couldn’t get beach chairs and umbrella for several days. However, I assume this is expected over a holiday. Only suggestion would be that the house could use some touch ups. For example, the wash machine was dirty and dryer dented and a piece of trim was dislodged by the dishwasher. We enjoyed our stay here. Included bikes are a bonus.
