About this house rental
As a multi-dog owner, we know how difficult it can be to find a nice holiday home where our dogs are also welcome.
We have created our refuge in our holiday or weekend house in Oberreute-Hinterschweinhöf. The only neighbor has three dogs and doesn't mind barking. The house is on the road towards Sulzberg, the forest begins behind the house.
Nearby, wild rose moss beckons for long walks. We are at 1000 meters above sea level.
A large (1500 sqm) and highly fenced garden invites you to linger long. A pool refreshes in summer and a sauna barrel makes you sweat.
The location is an ideal starting point for hikes.
The apartment, which is for rent, has about 100 square meters. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and an extra room with a futon.
We designed the facility ourselves. We wish for our guests that they too can enjoy the charm of this house built in 1935 and that they can let time stand still.
Furnishing
The bathroom has a bathtub and has been completely renovated.
The kitchen has a small dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, electric oven and refrigerator. A microwave can be provided.
In the living room there is a TV with DVD player and a small music system (CD, radio).
The washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement.
There is oil central heating in the house, living room, kitchen and one bedroom also have beautiful old tile stoves.
The apartment is designed for 4 people, whereby 2 additional people would have space. Currently there is only one bathroom available.
In the garden there is a spacious pool and a sauna barrel, sufficient garden furniture is available.
Bed linen and towels are also sufficiently available.
Arrival day is Saturday, the apartment can be occupied from 4 p.m. and should then be swept clean at 10 a.m. The trash cans must be emptied and the beds removed.

Super house with a large established garden. Nice sized swimming pool & extremely comfortable patio furniture. Just the place for taking in those rays. Sauna barrell, meditation tent & good quality hammock to keep you occupied. Big house with large bedrooms. Quirky 1950’s style kitchen which is fully equipped for all meals. Downstairs has a large games room, table football & a fully working massage table if you fancy. Perfect house in a perfect location for spending quality relaxing time. Woods for walks on the doorstep. Lake Konstanz only 30 minutes away. Llidle 15 minutes. Shops, bars, post office, cafe about a mile. Highly recommended.

Schönes Haus, alles was man braucht, schöner großer Garten für die Hunde und natürlich ein toller Swimmingpool zum abkühlen.

Wir haben hier eine schöne Urlaubswoche mit unseren 4 kleinen Hunden verbracht.
Die Wohnung im 1. Stock war liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber.
Der Garten war auch für unsere kleinen Hunde sicher eingezäunt und im Pool konnten wir uns gut abkühlen.
Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war nett.
Einzig die Straße, die direkt am Haus vorbeiführt, war für uns viel zu befahren. Autos, Motorräder und Traktoren fuhren den ganzen Tag, teilweise sehr laut und schnell, am Haus vorbei.
Leider wurde auch eine Katze fast neben dem Haus überfahren.
Das hat unsere Urlaubsfreude leider sehr getrübt.
