About this house rental
The house Ban Brösign located in the center of Umhausen and has a total area of 220m2 of living space and 100m2 fenced garden.
The ground floor has a Ötztal Zirmstube with an original Ötztal-farm oven and large dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area and a separate toilet.
In the first Floor housed a spacious triple room with a TV and a double bedroom and a bathroom with bath and sink and a separate toilet.
In the second Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with TV and a balcony and a triple room with bunk bed and single bed and a bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet.
The newly built basement with spacious play den or a lounge area with seating and TV also offers a fitness room with a treadmill, an elliptical machine and a training station with television and infrared cabin.
Goes without saying that a ski boot dryer and a washing machine in the house.
In the garden there is a large covered dining area, a herb, a gas and a wood-burning grill and play area for our youngest guests and sun loungers.

Unser Kurzurlaub mit insgesamt 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern im Ferienhaus Ban Brösign bei Familie Waldhart war sehr schön.Die Ruhe und Natur ließen uns Abstand vom stressigen Alltag zu Hause nehmen. Das Ferienhaus hat viel Platz geboten, war sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Für die Kinder war der Garten und die im Keller vorhandene Spielhöhle eine willkommene Abwechslung zu den vielen Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung! Das absolute Highlight waren 2 Ponys und ein Pferd mit senem kleinen Fohlen. Die Ponys durften gestriegelt und gefüttert werden was den Urlaubsspaß perfekt machte. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr zentral in der nähe von Skibus und auch den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die heimelige Arvenstube mit dem Kachelofen. Durch die ausserordentliche Gastfreundschaft der Vermieterfamilie fühlt man sich von Beginn weg sehr herzlich willkommen.
Sehr zu empfehlendes Feriendomizil!
