About this house rental
Our vacation home 'Casa Muslone' is a winery house from the 15th century and is located 400m above the Gardasee in the idyllic city of Muslone, Gargnano district on the west shore. The spacious, two storied winery house has been totally restored and has become a comfortable vacation home with 90m² of living space for 6 people and is also child friendly. The typical country style was preserved. Here you will find rest and relaxation in the original Italian atmosphere. Muslone and our vacation home 'Casa Muslone' offer you all of the possibilities to experience and enjoy a wonderful vacation. Muslone is an ideal starting point for excursions in both the nearby and far away surroundings. Directly by the house, a very beautiful and partially demanding hiking paths begin. In the small grocery stores in Enzos, you will find typical Italian specialties and offers for daily life. 10 minute walk to a very beautiful, stunningly located pizzeria.
Sport - Hiking - Water sports - Golfing - etc. : In Gargnano you will find a groomed, public beach under old olive trees. There are more than enough parking spaces. At the public, open beach you can book surfing classes and surf boards and rent paddle boats. For water sport enthusiasts, there is also the opportunity to go sailing. Guided mountain bike tours also start here. Lake Garda is not only a point of interest for water sport enthusiasts, but there are also quiet places to swim. The surrounding mountains invite you to hike and experience stunning panoramic views of Lake Garda. In Toscolano, only 20 minutes from Gargnano, is Val de Cartiere - the paper mill valley. The old paper mills are being rebuilt with EU-money and give an informative and interesting view of the past. The valley is wonderful for walks and ends in a stunning gorge.

Everything was fine. Great view, lovely traditional house in small village. Evertyhing you need is in there. No traffic, silence and nature around the village. The owner helped us with bedlinen, because we forgot it to bring with us.

Casa Muslone is set in a quiet village looking over Lake Garda. The property is well equipped and has a lovely terrace and small garden. Both have wonderful views over the lake. The village alimentari is great and its owner, Enzo, is extraordinarily helpful.
Gargnano is only 10mins away by car and is a wonderful lakeside town served by the local ferries. The small harbour is great for sipping an Aperol spritz and watching the world go by. The local ristorante and pizzeria, Paradiso, is also highly recommended. Muslone itself does not have a bar or cafe but works well as a quiet base to explore busy Lake Garda.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Luke & Werner’s house m. It’s a quirky house with lots of character which is well thought through. The garden is beautiful overlooking the views of the Lake.
Parking is 100/200m on the hill approaching the village. We parked at the local church on Day 1 for unloading purposes.
There is a small shop ran by Enzo who is extremely helpful. He sells fresh bread rolls and local cheese which is great in the morning as well as other useful products.
A car is essential to be able to travel ti different areas. There is a local walk to provera village which is worth while. I would not recommend the refurn route through the hills as the terrain is difficult. Tignale waterfalls is nearby.
There is a local restaurant Paradiso with Great Lake views but the food was very poor.
There is a minor issue of insect bites so would recommend a insect repellent.
We would highly recommend the place which allows a great opportunity to explore locally as well as other areas at Lake Garda
