About this house rental

The non-smoking holiday home is a wooden house and is located on the Eifel National Park, in the immediate vicinity of the Kalltalsperre in a quiet residential street with no through traffic. An extensive forest area with countless hiking trails starts 200 m from the house.

You can also send a "MESSAGE TO THE OWNER" (rather small and inconspicuous under the "To book" button) to make a non-binding request and to make the first contact.

The garden measures 900 m², of which approx. 850 m² are completely fenced, so that you can also spend a relaxing holiday with your dog.
Rursee, Monschau, Eifel Vogelsang National Park, Nideggen, Einruhr and Rurberg are only 10-20 km away.
The living area is approx. 75 m² + 12 m² south balcony. In the basement there is a large living-dining room with kitchenette and counter, a small hallway and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Upstairs are a bedroom with 2 single beds that are separated from the staircase by a curtain, and a bedroom with a double bed and a cot that is separated from the staircase by a wall.
Behind the house is a 20 m² large, invisible terrace and a lockable garden house with garden furniture and grill. The house has a parking space.
In the house there is WiFi (unlimited) and a netbook for free internet use. Making calls within Germany is also free of charge.

Ich habe das Objekt für eine 5 tägige Auszeit gebucht und gefunden was ich gesucht habe, Ruhe. Das Haus und Küche sind mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, liegt in sehr ruhiger Umgebung, Restaurants, Kneipen, Eisdiele und Möglichkeiten zum Einkauf sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht ist hier richtig.
