About this house rental
This semi-detached villa is located in Nea Makri, a seaside resort just 30 minutes by car from Athens International Airport. Just 50 meters from the elegantly furnished and fully air-conditioned house stretches a magnificent sandy beach, which is awarded the Blue Flag eco-label again every year. A 4 km long coastal path lined with palm trees and lawns connects Nea Makri with the seaside resort of Marathon. Within a radius of 500 to 1,00 meters you will find plenty of restaurants, taverns, cafes, bars and supermarkets, and within walking distance you can also reach the Temple of the Egyptian Gods and the excavation site of Marathon. The vacation home can accommodate up to six adults and is also equipped with a baby crib. You have access to a spacious garden and your meals can be enjoyed on the large veranda in the morning, at noon and in the evening. On the first floor there is a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, the interior staircase leads to the two bedrooms: One has a double bed, the other two single beds. Upstairs under the roof there is a separate area with a private bathroom, a kitchenette and two more sleeping options in the form of a single bed and a sofa bed. The location of the accommodation is ideal for combining the best of a cultural and city trip with a beach vacation: Day trips to Athens, Athens nightlife, archaeological sites, relaxation, sun and swimming in Neak Makri.

Excellent property, ideally situated for accessing restaurants with sun beds to the east and restaurants/ cocktail bars to the west, albeit with a 15 minute stroll in each direction. Thanos was a very friendly. approachable and helpful host. A perfect stay.

They property appears new and is well equipped. The owner, Thanos is very friendly and helpful.
100m to the beach, Athens city centre is about 50 mins away by car.
We found it to be a perfect mix between city and beach holiday.
No guest directly after our stay, so we could set our own check out time without fee.

This home is very nice and well cared for. Lots of space to enjoy and everything one would need with lots of outdoor space too. It is just a block from the water and close to restaurants and some shopping. Very nice area and very nice host. He is always available and answers and lives nearby. Enjoyed this 1st stop and the people and area very much. Highly recommend this home.
