Spend unforgettable days in a modern holiday home with a heated private pool in Croatia, ideal for families and groups of up to 8 people. On the island of Ugljan, one of the most beautiful holiday islands in Dalmatia, your retreat with Mediterranean flair awaits, offering all the comfort you desire for your holiday.
The house offers three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living and dining room. Particularly inviting is the large covered terrace with a grill and lounge furniture, which directly leads into the garden with a pool. Two private parking spaces, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, and dishwasher are of course part of the equipment.
Pool Information:
The private outdoor pool is 7.50 m x 3.50 m in size and has a depth of 130 cm - ideal for children, adults and seniors. Particularly pleasant: The pool operates without chlorine and is run with salt water. This is significantly gentler on the eyes and skin, especially for children and older guests, and ensures a particularly pleasant bathing experience.
Just 300 metres from the sea, you can reach various beaches within a few minutes – from child-friendly sandy and pebble coves to natural rocky beaches with crystal-clear water. Shade-providing pine forests and safe bathing areas make Lukoran an ideal place for families with children.
The environment offers variety in addition to peace and nature: Numerous restaurants pamper you with freshly caught fish and Dalmatian specialities. In just a few minutes, you can reach picturesque places like Preko, Kali or Sutomiščica. Thanks to the ferry connection to Zadar, you can set off on an excursion to the historic coastal town with its sights, markets and Mediterranean flair at any time.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lukoran. Valter and his wife are very welcoming and helpful.
The house is located in a calm neighbourhood close to the little harbour and town centre of Lukoran.
Our favourite beach was in Muline, blue water and rocks, 5min drive by car and 5 mins walk. Very beautiful!
The beaches in Lukoran are also clean and the water is clear blue. For kids the sandy beach is just perfect. Also the playground right next to the little supermarket is a nice target for a walk from the holiday house.
As it is close to Preko you can easily get on the ferry to see the attractions on the Croatian mainland (Zadar, Krka national park).
We can definitely recommend staying in Lukoran :)

The villa was delightful, it was spotless, well laid out and very comfortable.
A car is probably needed although we simply hired a moped. The local village is very authentic and lovely. The whole island is very picturesque.
We had a great stay in Lukaran.
