About this apartment rental
"La Casa di Petra"
was once a Rustico (farmhouse), with stables for cattle's, equipment rooms and an apartment upstairs.
The Main House, built with "Mattoni" bricks and covered with "Coppi", was carefully rebuilt in 2008 with these (old) materials.
About 20 mtr. southeast was another, smaller farmhouse, which after reconstruction offers the holiday apartments "L'Oleandro", "L'Olivo" and "Il Gufo".
"Il Gufo" located in the basement with a portico (covered terrace) with private, screened lawn
and herb garden.
The apartments "L'Oleandro" and "L'Olivo" are adjacent on the ground floor with a large, common terrace (40sqm)
and bid on each 32sqm:
Living room with integr. Kitchen area (sink, dishwasher, 4 flame. Gas / oven, fridge / freezer, kettle,
Coffee / espresso machine, complete. Kitchen equipment for 3 persons), dining table with chairs for 2 persons, couch,
Stereo, satellite TV, wireless internet; a bedroom with double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe;
a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, bidet, mirror, corner cupboard; shared terrace over which the apartments
be entered, with tables and chairs, loungers and umbrellas.
From all apartments you have free access to the whole area, as well as to the gym with exercise bike / crosstrainer / weight bench and abdominal trainer, satellite TV and library, and the laundry room with washer / dryer, ironing board and iron, also located in the basement.
All apartments windows and patio doors are fitted with fly screens.
All apartments have a luxurious amenities and are located above a large vines slope.
The large garden of about 5000 sqm with olive, fig and fruit trees is at guests' disposal,
as well as the barbecue with "Alpine" table - bench and the bench in the olive grove, popular as Früstückplatz with
stunning panoramic views of Ripatransone (480 masl) and the vineyards.
"La Casa di Petra" is characterized by its quiet secluded location on a 50 meters away, with little traffic provincial road.
The nearest houses are more than 200 meters.
The beaches of the "Riviera delle Palme" in 15 minutes to reach the "Monti Sibillini" in less than an hour.
Good shopping and excellent restaurants are nearby, as well as in coastal areas, abundant.
"La Casa di Petra" is located on an east slope (270 m asl) with panoramic views of the old town Ripatransone, to the north
on Montefiore dell'Aso and Massignano, in between on the vineyard slopes. The altitude, combined with the coastal distance, ensures in the summer for about 3 ° C. low temperatures,
lower humidity, as well as better air and heavenly peace, because much less traffic.
On the coast offer the brand not only sand and pebble beaches, but also cliffs (Riviera del Conero).

Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die sehr gut
ausgestattete und perfekt gepflegte Wohnung befindet sich in
traumhafter Lage. Man erreicht von hier aus zahlreiche
Sehenwürdigkeiten der Region.
Die Gastgeber Petra und Peter sind eine Klasse für sich.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen, zu einem leckeren
lokalen Gericht eingeladen und bei einigen Ausflügen
sogar von ihnen begleitet. Besser kann man seine Gäste
nicht betreuen.

Ein wunderschön in Weinbergen und Olivenhainen gelegenes Domizil mit einem traumhaft schönen, grossen Garten. Die Wohnung liess keine Wünsche offen. Wer gern kocht - in dieser Küche ist alles vorhanden. Sehr, sehr sauber und hygienisch. Die Gastgeber hilfsbereit, sehr gastfreundlich, wir fühlten uns sofort wohl und wurden mit unfassenden Informationen versorgt. Der Abschied fiel uns schwer - wir kommen wieder!
