About this apartment rental
The apartment "am Landesteg" is a duplex apartment over 2 floors with large balconies. The location is very exclusive, with lake view and swimming. It is located on the edge of the "Seegarten", an old park in which used to be a hotel. A large lawn and tall, old trees invite you to relax and rest.
The modern apartment has 65sqm living space, with underfloor heating and floor to ceiling windows. The large windows face south and southeast, the small windows in the bathroom and the kitchen to the north. The decor is high quality. TV and music system with Bluetooth, and free wi-fi. Spacious, cozy sofa area.
A staircase takes you to the separate attic bedroom with its outstanding views of the lake and mountains. On each floor, the rooms are preceded by large balconies. There is a bicycle storage in the house, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a private parking space. Bed linen is included, please bring your own towels.
The spacious, open kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, dishwasher, stove, extractor and the necessary small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, kettle etc.
The apartment is a Non smoking apartment! If you want to smoke, like on the balconies (ashtray is available).
This object is equipped for a maximum of 2 persons. We have to point out that the apartment is not suitable for crawling or climbing small children because of the open interior staircase. We are for tolerance and wish us guests who respect diversity.
Suitability: long term renters are welcome. Pets unfortunately not possible. Due to the staircase situation, the apartment is not suitable for wheelchairs.
With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible.
The final cleaning is included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community. Directly on the shore of Lake Constance in the immediate vicinity of the pier, hence "on the jetty". From here the excursion boats of the "white fleet" sail. You can reach any place around the lake, which is approached by the steamers of the BSB.
Shopping can be in the shops in the village. A baker and a butcher are nearby. You will also find a bicycle shop with cycle hire in the area.

Wir waren schon öfter hier und sind mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Um in der Zeit zu bleiben wäre ein Austausch der Deckenstrahler gegen LED sinnvoll.

Die Wohnung am Landesteg hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Schlafzimmer über eine Treppe vom Wohnzimmer erreichbar. Zwei sonnige Balkone, nur die Holzstühle müssten ausgetauscht werden. Schwierig war es, die Fahrräder in den Keller zu schieben.
