Viszonylag közel van a tenger. Kedvesek és segítőkészek a tulajdonosok. - Elhanyagolt és kicsi a zuhanyzó. A konyha szegényesen felszerelt, kényelmetlen. Egyszer sem tudtunk együtt leülni az asztalhoz. Kicsi az erkély.
