About this house rental
We offer you a holiday home with high equipment. Ideal if you want to recover from hectic everyday life. You will certainly like the quiet and romantic location. The 5000 m² property on the forest and the wild boar gate invites you to linger. The house has a beautiful large garden. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available.

In the house on the ground floor you will find a large and bright living and dining room with flat screen TV (with NL 1, NL 2 and NL 3), a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a guest toilet, a fully equipped and friendly bright kitchen with dishwasher, microwave fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and convection oven with ceramic hob. On the upper floor there is another bedroom with two single beds.
We provide internet access free of charge!
Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
Parking space is available.
Pets are not allowed.
Location: The house is conveniently located on the Lower Rhine and offers with its extended bike paths the possibility of beautiful day tours by bike through the Reichswald or along the Niers.
It lies on the Dutch border and offers an ideal starting point for a surprisingly versatile stay in the border region.
You can visit the free zoo with your kids in Weeze, the Wasserschloss Wissen, the pilgrimage site Kevelaer, the adventure park for children 'Irrland' in Twisteden, the amusement park Kernwasser Wunderland Kalkar, the Gochness natural swimming pool with a large sauna area, the Arcen thermal baths or the one there Visit the castle garden with its 12,000 roses .....
In addition, various restaurants, shops, canoe rentals (paddling on the Niers) and an ice cream parlor can be easily reached on foot.
The cathedral city of Xanten with the amphitheater and the Xanten North Sea, Düsseldorf with a beautiful Rhine promenade, the cathedral city of Cologne, Kleve, Oberhausen with the Centro and the Dutch cities of Venlo and Nijmegen can be reached in less than an hour by car.
Moyland Castle with restaurant, museum and 18-hole golf course and much more is nearby.
Our Dutch guests can receive the television programs Netherlands1, Netherlands2 and Netherlands3.

Wir waren im Urlaub im Paradies. Das Ferienhaus ist einfach traumhaft gelegen und bestens ausgestattet. Morgens aufwachen und durchs Fenster der aufgehenden Sonne entgegen gucken. . . ich war so früh wie nie hellwach. Eine riesige Wiese mit einem großen Baum stand uns samt Liegen zur Verfügung. Eine überdachte Terrasse ebenfalls.
Das Grundstück von Frau und Herrn Schmalz ist wunderbar angelegt und gepflegt und beide sind sehr nett und freundlich. Ein Tipp von ihnen ist das Freibad in Kevelaer, welches wir im nächsten Urlaub besuchen werden. Herr Schmalz gibt da gerne Auskunft. Hund Jüppi ist ein Schätzchen und freut sich über jeden Besucher.
Weeze und Kevelaer und fast die gesamte Umgebung haben wir mit dem Fahrrad erkundet. Das Gradierwerk im Solegarten in Kevelaer ist ein kostenfreier Genuss. 2 sehr gute und schöne Restaurants "Café Zum Lindenbaum" und das "Cumsalis" sind wunderbare Restaurants abseits der Hauptstraße in Kevelaer zum Teil in Innenhöfen gelegen. In Weeze gibt es das Weezer Waldhaus mit großem Außenbereich und ausgezeichneter Küche. Ebenfalls zu empfehlen sind auf jeden Fall das Eiscafe Alpago und das Café Eselohr
in Weeze. Die Fahrt über Feldwege und-Straßen kreuz und quer ist eine Erholung. Wir kommen gerne wieder der Niederrhein hat uns für sich eingenommen . . . Viele liebe Grüße

Wir verbrachten zu dritt einen elftägigen Urlaub in der Region Weeze und waren mit der FeWo sehr zufrieden.
Besonders möchten wir die tadellose Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung hervorheben.
Die Gastgeber standen uns auch für Ausflugstipps und allgemeinen Fragen zur Verfügung.
Zur FeWo gehört eine ca. 20 m entfernte separate Überdachung und eine sehr große Liegewiese mit entsprechenden Gartenmöbeln.
Einen PKW kann man in einer Garage oder in einem Carport abstellen.
Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und befindet sich in ruhiger Lage mit guter Straßenanbindung.
Für den sehr schönen Urlaub möchten wir uns bei der gastgebenden Familie recht herzlich bedanken.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, sehr gut unterhalten und ausgestattet. Es gibt eine grosse Wiese und einen überdachten Sitzplatz, wo man sich windrbar sufhslten kann. Die Lage ist ruhig und ländlich, im Ort, 10 Min zu Fuss gibt es Supermärkte, Apotheken und Restaurants. Familie Schmalz sind freundliche, aufmerksame Gastgeber.
