About this farm stay rental
Neat independent house with stunning views, located at the border of the hamlet of Colle, amidst an olive grove. Private swimming pool, set on earth, 6,30 x 3,20 m, depth: 1.30m. Pets are welcome, completely fenced garden.
This cute holiday home lies at the border of the hamlet of Colle, in the heart of Tuscany and amidst complete nature; a romantic spot to spend your next holiday! The house disposes of air conditioning and unlimited WiFi access. Grocery and restaurant within 1 km.
The garden is completely fenced (mesh wire, height: 1.20m); the grounds are set in terraces, totally 15‘000 sqm. The owner has a landscaping company – the garden is therefore well kept and beautiful.
A wonderful covered veranda, equipped with a table, chairs, upholstered chairs, rocking chair, traditional brick barbeque, wood burning oven, invites to laze – enjoy to the top your dining al fresco with a delicious glass of Tuscan wine and get used to the Italian life style.
The swimming pool is set in earth, (6,30 x 3,20 m, depth: 1.30m, set on earth), equipped with deckchairs and sun-umbrella. Breath-taking views onto the surroundings hills.Parking within the grounds.

Guests will be able to visit Laiatico ( 30km) with its “silence theatre” ( teatro del silenzio) where the famous singer Bocelli sings, Terricciola 15 km well-known for its good wine, Volterra about 43 km away, Florence 70 km, Pisa only 30 km, the sea of Castiglioncello 35 km away, or to plan relaxing strolls until the heart of the village Lari with its beautiful medieval castle often hosting art and poetry exhibitions.

Entrance on the ground floor: living-cum-kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dining table, couch, TV, microwave, filter coffee brewer. 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin. A curtain separates the living from the bedroom. 1 double bedroom with exit onto the garden; there is a mezzanine with 2 single beds, access with a ladder, in the double bedroom. External utility room with boiler and washing machine.
The house is located on the countryside, some people in the neighborhood have hunting dogs which may bark in some moments of the day.
Pool opened from beginning of May until end of September, for the exact dates please contact us.
The following might be to be paid extra: Electricity, Final Cleaning, Heating, Pets, Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax.

Eugenio hat sich hier ein kleines Paradies eischaffen, im welchem wir uns sehr wohl gefült haben.
Der Standeit hier ist ideal für Flusfluge in die Städte Pisa, Lucca und Florenz. Das mit so viel Liebe zum Detail, Haus und Grundstuck haben uns sehr beeindruckt.
Vielen Dank Eugenio, dass wir hier 1 Woche bleiben durfen
Sehr herne kommen wir hier zurück.

Wir haben einige schöne Tage hier verbracht, leider hat es viel geregnet.
Es gibt hier viele Vögel, Bienenfresser, Eichelhäher, Spechte, Wiedehopf, Käuze und natürlich Schwalben.
Eugenio hat sich viel Mühe gemacht mit dem Garten, der sehr liebevoll angelegt ist.
Wir kommen sicher mal wieder!
