About this house rental

Villa Maria is located approx. 5 minutes' drive from Coín. With spectacular views of the surrounding mountain landscape. With private pool, large terraces and BBQ for al fresco dining. Coín is located at the northern foot of the Sierra de Mijas with fantastic views of the Guadalhorce valley, where the beautiful landscape is dotted with olive groves, avodados, orange and walnut trees. The town itself offers good shopping facilities, nice cafés and restaurants where you will find a varied selection of tapas and typical local specialities. With beautiful hiking trails. Approx. 30 minutes from Málaga. 1 pet is allowed in the villa.

Casa que se paga una limpieza que carece de ella cuando entras,hacen una limpieza mínima de todo,no tienen un servicio mínimo de utensilios para poder limpiar durante la estancia...en referencia a la televisión no tiene canales en español .Las camas en malas condiciones y colchones y almohadas muy incómodos ,en cambio la piscina muy limpia y cuidada el señor que se ocupa de ella muy amable.En general la estancia no ha sido mala pero necesita mejorar algunas cosas de la casa.
