Mooi gesloten domein, met goed zwembad, met momenten wel TE warm omdat de warmtepomp niet afstond, hier kan men op letten. Ideaal met kinderen en veel moois te bekijken in de omgeving. Als dit naar de toekomst goed wordt onderhouden en nog verder wordt uitgebreid met bv. een glijbaan aan een apart zwembad blijft dit een topper.
