About this house rental
Romantic cottage for up to 8 people in the settlement Pisciadel (1500 masl), 20 min. from Engadine, 20 min. from Valtellina and 20 min. from Livigno (duty free zone in Italy), at the entrance of the Val di Campo (nature reserve) and in the near of a mountain paradise. Three bedrooms each with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk bed, living room with sunny balcony, a bathroom (with shower, toilet and washbasin), toilet (with toilet and sink), a large kitchen with fireplace, wood and gas stove, electricity, heat pump water heater. With driveway and parking by the house (depending on snow conditions, in winter, the car must be parked on the main road - parking is available - and about 300 m walking distance), garden and large lawn with outside fireplace at the house.
In the summer, swimming in the Poschiavo Lake, Lago di Poschiavo Saoseo or indoor pool, hiking in the pine and larch forests of the environment, glacier hiking Diavolezza, potholes in Cavaglia, Bernina UNESCO, wine region Valtellina, etc. In winter, skiing, cross country skiing and snowkiting areas nearby. Snowshoeing and ski touring in the area.

We have spent a very nice stay in Poschiavo with our family. Ursula and Aurelio are really nice and everything was simple and perfect ! We hope we could come again and recommend Ursula and Aurelio’s house, located in a very quiet and beautiful area, for all who love mountain !

Sauber und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Das WLAN ist perfekt. Man ist jedoch bei allen Unternehmungen auf ein Fahrzeug angewiesen.

la vie d'antan...
Les améliorations futures dont nous a parlé Mr Cortesi donneront encore plus de valeurs au logement.
L'environnement est fort agréable et c'est aussi le point de départ de belles randonnées.
L'arrêt du bus de Sfàzu se trouve à environ 25 min de marche et permets de pousser plus loin la découverte de la vallée.
