This spacious holiday apartment is located on the second floor of a well-maintained house in Orebic, just 40 metres from the sea. Its quiet location on the outskirts of the town and the breathtaking sea view make it ideal for families or couples seeking comfort and relaxation in a Mediterranean setting.
On approximately 90 m² of living space, the air-conditioned apartment offers two separate bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes, and bedside tables – each with its own bathroom (shower/WC). The open living and dining area is high-quality furnished and features a comfortable leather seating set (3-seater, 2-seater, armchair), satellite TV, and a large, modern kitchen with a 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, filter coffee machine, and all necessary cooking and dining utensils. WiFi is available free of charge.
A highlight is the 19 m² large, partially covered south terrace with a magnificent view of the sea. It is equipped with a table, chairs and an awning - perfect for shared meals outdoors or relaxed hours at sunset.
Guests also have access to a well-maintained garden with barbecue facilities, seating areas in the shade, and a communally usable washing machine. Two parking spaces are located directly at the house. Small pets (up to 10 kg) are welcome by arrangement.
