Our house with a two-room flat is situated on a fantastic sunny position with view of the lake and is located at an altitude of 750m Berge..Emmetten. The resort of Emmetten with good infrastructure is considered ideal summer + winter resort. Our home has been totally renovated in 2009

The house is beautiful located on top of Lake Lucerne. It has excellent location to have as a station to visit central Switzerland. Stunning views from the house to stay in and enjoy your days too. Ruth's and Hanspeters' house is a home away from home. This house has everything and more than you will ever need for your trip. The house is beautiful and carefully decorated, the kitchen well equipped, barbeque grill on the patio, on-site parking and very clean. . We arrived at a very rainy day and Mr Hanspeter called to see if we were on our way. Although we couldn't speak German and he could not speak English he phoned somebody to come and help us find the place and translate for a smooth check in. We appreciated his hospitality and care. He is a very fine gentleman and we would be honored to stay at his beautiful home again.

Wir haben hier für zwei Wochen einen herrlichen Urlaub verbracht. Schon die Aufnahme durch Herrn Kurzmeyer am Tag der Anreise war sehr freundlich. Herr Kurzmeyer hat uns über alles Wesentliche schon zu Beginn informiert. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung ist gut und gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber, in der Küche finden sich alle nötigen Geräte und Utensilien. Ausgesprochen bequem sind auch das Sofa und der Sessel, so dass man sich auch bei schlechterem Wetter gut in der Wohnung aufhalten kann. Die Terrasse ist groß, sie bietet eine herrliche Aussicht auf den See und die umgebenden Berge. Auf der Terrasse stehen Tisch, Stühle und Liegen zur Verfügung. Von den Tipps und Anregungen des Herrn Kurzmeyer für Ausflüge und Sehenswürdigkeiten haben wir sehr profitiert. Auch die Mitbenutzung von Waschmaschine und Trockner war problemlos möglich, Frau Kurzmeyer hat dafür freundlicherweise die nötige Einweisung gegeben. Der WLAN-Zugang ist ausgezeichnet, die Park- und Wendemöglichkeit direkt vor dem Hauseingang ist bestens. So ist das Be- und Entladen des Reisegepäcks auch bequem möglich. Wir haben Herrn und Frau Kurzmeyer als freundliche, kontaktfreudige, aufgeschlossene und großzügige Gastgeber erlebt. Daher haben wir uns während unseres Urlaubs in ihrem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es bleibt die Erinnerung an einen herrlichen Urlaub. Wir empfehlen allen gerne diese Ferienwohnung!!
