About this house rental
The cozy cottage is located in the attractive recreational cottage area Skovmose on the island of Als. The island is located in the southern Little Belt between Jutland and Funen and close to the border with Germany.
Here it is particularly peaceful and child-friendly, many green areas invite you to play together with or without a ball outside. Stores are also not far away and 500 m away is the wide sandy beach with dunes and a bathing jetty. Only 1.5 km away is the Skovby Kro inn, which serves good food. About 16 km away you can shop and enjoy culture in Sønderborg. Also take a walk along the harbor promenade or in the pedestrian zone. There is an interesting museum in Sønderborg Castle. Also the history center Dybbøl Mølle is nearby, it is also a nice area for walking. In the north of the island is Nordborg, with the castle of the same name and Danfoss Universe, which is an impressive experience center. Visit Teknorama and satisfy your curiosity in this modern, technical museum. There is also archaeology to discover at Nordals, such as a copy of Scandinavia's oldest wooden boat, the Hjortspringboat. Als is a varied, hilly island with large forests and cliffs, small bays and deep fjords.

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen! Alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Die Schlafzimmer sind zwar klein, aber gemütlich. Der Garten ist riesig.
Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und erholsam, ein Tagesausflug zu Legoland oder nach Flensburg kein Problem. Gerne wieder!
