About this apartment rental
Our spacious and lovingly furnished apartment is located in a quiet cul de sac in Neuravensburg with a magnificent view of the medieval castle ruins.
Domestic equipments:
The apartment is about 60 square meters and has a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, a small fully equipped kitchen, a daylight bathroom (toilet / shower) and a large living room with a sofa bed and access to the terrace to sit outside comfortably.
The apartment has a TV and Wi-Fi.
Parking is available directly in front of the house.
On request, a travel cot and high chair can be provided for a toddler.
Guests under the age of 15 are not considered additional persons and are included in the price.

The apartment is centrally located, there are only a few minutes walk to Edeka, bakery, butcher, hairdresser, doctor, bus stop ...
The apartment is located between the beautiful cities of Wangen and Lindau on Lake Constance and larger cities such as Bregenz, Friedrichshafen, Ravensburg, Oberstaufen are within a 20-40 minutes by car.
In winter it is also not far to different ski resorts. The family-friendly ski area Steibis in Oberstaufen can be reached in about 45 minutes.
And the largest ski resort in Vorarlberg Damüls Mellau you need about 1.15 hours.

There is a city tax, which is paid locally on arrival.

Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war von Anfang an sehr nett, die Wohnung top sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig, weit genug weg von der Hauptdurchgangsstraße des Ortes in einem Wohngebiet. Trotzdem kann man die wichtigsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß innerhalb von zehn Minuten erreichen (Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Sparkasse, Apotheke, Edeka).
Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass man einen Teil des Gartens mit einer kleinen Terrasse mit nutzen konnte. Von dort hat man sowohl beim Morgenkaffee als auch beim Sundowner einen tollen Ausblick auf die gegenüberliegende Anhöhe mit der alten Burgruine Neuravensburg. Sehr idyllisch.
Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.
