Our house is located in 53947 Nettersheim. It has a bedroom for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. In addition, the holiday guests can use a gallery with a sofa bed (lying area 1.60x1.95m). In addition to a fireplace, you have a terrace and a large garden. The holiday home is equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows so that guests can enjoy beautiful views from all rooms.
The house was built in 2016/17 as a holiday home and is equipped with underfloor heating under real wood flooring (Belgian oak).
The house is located on a hill, so that you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the Eifel landscape from every room. The town center can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
Nettersheim is located on the Cologne-Trier railway line, has a well-developed hiking network, a nature conservation center, a Roman village and a high ropes course. The train station, bakeries, bistro, snack bar, post office and ice cream parlor are within walking distance. A supermarket is about 5 minutes away by car.

Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes, modernes und zugleich gemütliches Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Wir fanden ein wunderschönes Haus mit einen wirklich schönen Ausblick über einen Teil der Eifel vor. Im Haus ist alles schön her- und eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns nichts und wir haben uns richtig gut erholt. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und haben alles sehr lieb arrangiert und für die Gäste vorbereitet.
Eine erneute Buchung steht auf der Liste. Ich hoffe viele werden diese Möglichkeit nutzen die schöne Eifel zu besuchen und dabei zu entspannen.
