About this villa rental
The ground floor has a spacious living room with access to a large covered terrace with fireplace, where there is also a table tennis table, table soccer and electronic darts. Before the house is a nice upheated swimming pool with Jacuzzi. The heating is solar and raises the pool temperature under sunny weather.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom, separate toilet, entrance from the terrace, and space to relax. The whole house is air-conditioned and there is heating by fireplace and central heating.
On the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and another small room with two single beds and a cot.
In one room there is a television with satellite channels, and air conditioning.
There is a bathroom with bath and the other with shower.
In the attic, which is 180 cm in the lowest part, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a single bed.
Both rooms are air-conditioned. Free FLAT WiFi is available through all my owner, cry.

The host family is very nice and they greeted us with some drinks and cookies and showed us around. The house is lovely with a lot of outside space, and it has fence all around so that was good since we had dogs and we could be carefree. We were staying in new years time and it was good that the house got warm fast and there was hot water in the shower. You are staying right next to a ranch and there is a lot of dogs on the streets which we really liked because everyone was nice. A lot of natural paths for walks around the area as well. Lovely place with lovely hosts!

We were a group of 10, children and adults. Everything was lovely. The house is spacious and well set out. The pool is lovely and the outside space is very nice. The friendly owners were always there to help and answer questions.
The internet wasn't very strong so we struggled with that but I think this is an issue with the area not with this particular property.
There is a great horse farm nearby, which the children and adults enjoyed. The location of the village is handy for exploring Istria.
On the whole we had a great stay and we would come again.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war perfekt. Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet. Das einzige ist die Lage, da man mit dem Auto ca. 30 Minuten nach Pula brauch, daher wäre ein eigenes Auto von Vorteil. Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Wir waren mit der Familie und Freunde für zwei Wochen in dieser Villa. Mit unser gemischten Altersgruppe Kinder/Erwachsene 1, 15,17, 38 und 63 Jahre haben wir viele unterschiedliche Personen dabei gehabt. Es war für jeden was dabei. Es ist ein kleiner Pool im großen Pool, wo die kleinen alleine reingehen können. Jacuzzi ist bei der Veranda, der auch jeden Tag in Benutzung war. Die Ranch nebenan war schön anzusehen. Dort konnte man zum Spielplatz gehen und die Tiere beobachten. Für die Jugendlichen war eine Tischtennisplatte, Kicker und Dartscheibe vorhanden. WLAN ist auch vorhanden, leider war der Empfang nicht so
Toll. Es ist eine offenen Treppe im Haus da muss man aber vorsichtig sein, wenn die Kinder noch kleiner sind. Das Haus ist auch leider sehr hellhörig, wenn jemand in der Küche unten die Spülmaschine machte, hörte man dies im obersten Stockwerk. Untere Ebene ist ein kleines Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten mit eigenen Bad ohne Klimaanlage. Erste Etage war ein Doppelbett mit eigenen Bad mit Badewanne und Klimaanlage. Erste Etage war noch ein Doppelbett mit einem Einzelbett mit eigenen Bad ohne Klimaanlage. Es war noch ein Zimmer im ersten Stock mit zwei Einzelbetten ohne Bad und ohne Klimaanlage, die mussten entweder in den zweiten Stock gehen oder durch die anderen Schlafzimmern im ersten Stock, wenn sie ein Bad benutzen wollen. Zweiter Stock war ein Doppelbett mit Klimaanlage. Und noch ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einen Einzelbett und Klimaanlage. Im zweiten Stock ist ein Bad mit Dusche im Gang. Draußen auf der Terrasse, war ein kleines Bad mit Toilette und Waschmaschine. Der Vermieter ist wahnsinnig nett. Er hat sich viel Zeit genommen und uns alles erklärt. Er war nur die ersten zwei Tage da und dann noch die letzen zwei Tage. Wir hätten ihn jeder Zeit auf den Handy erreichen können. Blumen gießen und Pool Kontrolle haben wir gerne übernommen. Das ist ja auch kein Riesen Aufwand. Fliegen war bei uns im Juni auch nicht schlimm. Auch den Geruch von der Ranch haben wir nicht wahrgenommen. Der Garten ist auch eingezäunt. Achtung für Hundebesitzer. Unser Hund hatte extreme viele Zecken. Täglich mind 20 Stück. Wir mussten dann ein Zeckenhalsband kaufen, sonst wären wir dem nicht mehr Herr geworden. Die Hundegebühr von 210 Euro fanden wir schon extrem teuer. Da wir ja pro Person ca 550 Euro gezahlt habe und dann noch extra 210 für einen Hund der nur bis zur Wade reicht. Das war dann schon unverschämt. Wir empfehlen die Villa weiter
