Resort "Terrassenpark". On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Schonach, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, along the wooded area, south facing position. For shared use: indoor pool (18 x 6 m). Tennis (extra), table tennis. In the complex: sauna (extra). Fitness room, solarium (extra). Central heating system. Parking at the house, communal covered parking (extra). Grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Schonach, Obertal" 500 m. Riding stable 500 m, ski lift, ski school, children's ski school, cross country ski track 50 m. Lake at 500m. The holiday area consists of several houses, all infrastructure is located in the main building.

Exit to the balcony. Alcove with 1 french bed. Small kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Balcony furniture. Facilities: telephone, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 22 (roofed). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. The apartment is located in the main building. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Schönes Appartment, im 1.Stock mit sehr guter Ausstattung, Küche neu- sep. SZ, ideal für 2 Personen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt, es war alles sehr sauber und das große Hallenbad war mit 27 Grad ideal zum Bahnen ziehen. Neu renovierte Sanitäranlagen - alles in sehr gepflegtem Zustand! Wir hatten einen Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz, war super, da es während unseres Aufenthaltes geschneit hat. Tolle Waldspaziergänge hinterm Haus...geräumte Wege um die Anlage. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Die Zimmer waren sauber. Es waren kleinere bauliche Mängel erkennbar (Jalousien). Die Größe war angemessen.
Positiv war die Nutzung des Hallenbades ohne Aufpreis.

Die Unterkunft war in einem guten Zustand und die Mieterin der Wohnung super nett und freundlich. Die Wohnung hatte eine tolle Aussicht. Die Sauna und das Schwimmbad waren auch in einem guten Zustand. Das einzige ist das vieles noch auf einem alten Zustand war. Das einzige was uns gestört hat das man keinen Hausmeister angetroffen haben egal zu welcher Zeit. Da wir Tennis spielen wollten aber die Schläger nicht auffindbar waren.

Czas z tym ośrodkiem zrobił swoje. Wymagany remont. Bardziej 2 a nie 3 gwiazdki. Dobry Internet. Zaletą jest miejsce parkingowe.
