Appartamento di ampie dimensioni e pulito, fantastico terrazzo privato enorme perimetrale con vista mare. Comodo parcheggio situato in zona tranquilla ma in pochi minuti si raggiungono le spiaggia più belle e il centro di vasto.A disposizione nelle parti comuni c'è anche il giardino attrezzato con barbecue e gazebi con lettini.
Per rendere la zona del giardino più invitante e accogliente consiglierei di curare di più il prato.
