le problème principal est l'accès à la piste il faut franchir un fossé profond possible pour les très bon skieurs mais risqué pour les autres surtout quand c'est glacé Escalier très pentu neige et glace sur les marches . L"appartement est bien mais la chambre avec les lits doubles a des matelas pour enfants non adaptés aux adultes La chambre du haut accès par une échelle ne peut convenir que pour des jeunes adultes ou adolescents
