Avra - the fresh breeze that gave our house (year of construction 2009) its name ensures cooling on hot days. It is quietly located 60m from the little-used street and cannot be seen from the street. New, 2 storey traditionally built country house with balcony, 3 terraces and a roof invites you to a cozy and relaxing vacation. We use this house ourselves and have lovingly furnished it to our taste. There is a bathroom with shower on each floor. The 3 bedrooms are on the first floor and 2 have access to the balcony. The open kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances. A fireplace ensures cosiness in the evening. All terraces are lined with natural stones, the large one has 160sqm and is planted with flowers, the second is our sun terrace with approx. 40sqm - hidden from the street. Garden furniture made of wood is available - 2 large tables, 8 chairs, 4 deck chairs and the property is 4500 square meters.

Der Aufenthalt in Spiti Avra hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und mit Allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt.
Ein schöner Strand kann zu Fuß erreicht werden (sollte man nicht zu faul sein ;) viele weitere nach etwas Fahrzeit mit dem Auto.
Man kann wunderbar auf der Terrasse: Kaffee trinken (Wein, lemonada...), tavli spielen, Sterne beobachten, lesen, nichtstun...

Nous avons passé 11 jours superbes dans la maison de Natasha avec nos 3 enfants et un chien. La maison est très bien équipée, il y a tout le nécessaire et même plus. Le jardin est exellent, le matin et le soir on respire les odeurs du thym, des fleurs, de la menthe et des pins. Dans le jardin on trouve de l'ombre pendant toute la journée. Natasha est très accueillante et a répondu sans tarder à toutes nos questions.

Wer in seinem Urlaub , Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist dort gut aufgehoben.
Die Strände in der Umgebung sind nicht überlaufen aber doch mit leben erfüllt.
Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir von dem Ausblick begeistert .. Die Vermieter sind sehr
herzlich und es läuft alles sehr unkompliziert.
Die Gegend ist grün und wunderschön. In den Dörfern kann man perfekt die Seele baumeln lassen.
bei mir bleibt da immer die Zeit stehen. Macht ja auch keiner stress.
Sehr Empfehlens Wert.
