About this apartment rental
Our apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Olpe on the beautiful Biggesee. It is 400 m to the forest, 2 km to the lake, perfect for families with children or nature lovers, but also for bikers and riders!
The apartment has a separate entrance and is about 50sqm in size, with bathroom, bedroom, living / dining room with kitchenette and small hallway.
The apartment has a small terrace with garden table, chairs and barbecue.
In the bathroom you have a washing machine at your disposal, towels and bed linen, as well as cot and high chair are also available.
LED TV and Wi-Fi are of course, board and card games will not be boring even a rainy day.
The apartment was newly created, so everything is new, modern and yet comfortably furnished.
The kitchen is equipped with coffee pad machine and microwave, and 2 hotplates, dishes, spices and common kitchen utensils are also there.
In the bedroom is a futon bed (140x200cm) available, on request with children's bed.
Another sleeping possibility is the sofa bed in the living room (120x200cm). Bed linen is completely available.
Also in the living-dining room is the dining table, which can accommodate up to 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

The market square of Olpe can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, Olpe is a cozy pretty town, which invites you to stroll and stroll, many cafes and restaurants invite you to linger.
The Biggesee offers sports opportunities for hikers, cyclists, divers, sailors, swimmers or is the ideal place for holidaymakers looking for recreation.
On request, we arrange horse boxes in about 4km away, for bikers are two garage parking spaces. We carry out guided tours through the Sauerland and Siegerland and offer private Krad safety training courses (by DVR certified safety trainers), if interested we ask for prior request

Es sind sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber, wir konnten sogar die Garage für dir Fahrräder nutzen. Der Preis ist auch in Ordnung. Da meine Frau immer ihr thailändisches Futter kochen muß, brauchen wir stets eine Ferienwohnung mit Küche. Diese ist hier leider etwas klein geraten incl. Kühlschrank. Man muß nach Benutzung des Herdes gut lüften. Das soll keine Kritik sein. Wohnung und Lage sind top.

Also die Ferienwohnung ist klasse und bietet alles was man braucht. Der Hinweg war etwas schwierig, obwohl ich wahrscheinlich hätte es einfacher haben können. Tja Navi. Einen kleine Anmerkung habe ich dennoch. Die Matraze war mir zu weich, aber auch das liegt sicher im Auge des Betrachters.

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und einfach eingerichtet. Für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Schönes großes Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine. Die Küche, hier ist das Wohnzimmer integriert, ist allerdings sehr spärlich eingerichtet, keine Ablagemöglichkeit zum kochen, lediglich zwei Herdplatten, keine Spülmaschine, kein Backofen. Die Schlafcouch war eher hart, für einen Erwachsenen eher ungeeignet. Der Rest war völlig ok. Es sollte erwähnt werden, dass der Ausgangspunkt mit kleinem Kind nicht so vorteilhaft ist, da die Straße zu beiden Seiten sehr steil ist.. Die Aussicht ist spitze, für zwei Erwachsene mit Lust zum wandern und biken perfekt.
